Nina left

Episode 7

Isabel quickly called the doctor and Pedro was attended to and warned to rest. Nina when asked told Isabel that she only advised Pedro to keep an eye on Angela in order to curb her excessive flirting. Isabel was so angry saying her behaviour was unforgiveable. She accused her of betrayal of trust and careless talk. Nina actually talks without caring about the consequences. Having crossed the line and once more causing problems for Pedro, Isabel ordered Nina out. She wanted to use Valeria as an excuse to stay on but Isabel refused and insisted on her leaving the house. Everyone rejoiced that the garrulous woman was leaving. Even Azur, the dog barked her noisily out. Abigail mused that she would not stay out but will come up with another plan.
Isabel the strategist used that action to score real big with Pedro. He really appreciated it and believed his wife loved him so much to throw her mother out on his behalf. Though Nina is gone, her words are like poison in the heart of Pedro. She had poisoned Pedro's heart against Angela that it would be difficult for him to trust her anymore.
Abigail went to inform Valeria about the departure of Nina, her aunt, but she with the black veil on her face felt good about it. The black veil could not hide her joy and relief at Nina's departure.
The peasant, Salvador was shown having pains in his head. Pedro was feeling his head hurt too. He woke up and said '...he exists.' The nightmare was becoming intense. The peasant was taking over and Pedro was helpless. Unfortunately, the one he thought can help needs help herself.
The next day, Isabel went to inform Andre that her mother had left. Andre chided her for not protecting her mother. Isabel now accused him of falling in love with Angela so as to keep all the wealth for himself. Andre denied it.
Gayetana came as usual to see Pedro with the news that it was the spirit of his dead wife Catalina that was disturbing him but Pedro denied it saying its a man that he does not know.
Pedro came out for a walk and stopped to stroke Azur awhile. He asked of Angela and was told she went into the bush. Because Nina had already sown doubt and unbelief in his heart againt his daughter, he went to check what she was up to. Meanwhile, Angela and Antonio were getting intimate with kissing. He caught them and became very angry at their abuse of priviledge especially Antonio. He accused Angela of sordid liberties and ordered her to return to Europe to continue her scandalous activities. Angela pursued him to the house and insisted on staying but he warned her to leave since she was used to 'open type' of relationship. In the ensuring arguement, he became sick and Isabel that just came back from seeing Andre rushed in to help him to the room. Of course Isabel continued to poison him because the doctor said that his health was deteriorating. Isabel was hastening his death with small dose of poison.
